3+ years experience in National Accounts or similar industry experience and college degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience

The first 3 letters in workplace safety are Y-O-U!TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Supervisor- National Accounts Support in Atlanta, GA. Responsible for oversight and training of staff of National Account Sales Coordinators that handle RFI, RFPs, contract set ups, collaboration with assigned National Account manager, & department growth report.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Supervises the training and skill development of new and/or existing National Account Coordinators.
Oversees the training for setup of new maintenance contracts, change requests, customer invoicing and collections of National Account customers.
Drive department performance by identifying Key Performance Indicators and holding individual coordinators to these metrics.
Provide in the moment coaching when need to ensure everyone is preforming their best
Works with Region and Branch personnel, as well as National Account customers, for resolution on escalated items.
Responsible for monthly IC report
Responsible for loading the growth report into PowerBI for department performance visibility.
Monitor and approve National Account Sales Coordinators time in ADP. This includes correcting punches, managing sick/vacation request, limiting OT over use and approving timecards.
Partner with National Contracts Team to ensure process adherence and identify process improvement.
Acts as back-up for team members during vacation and/or high-volume work efforts.
May have NAM assignment depending on department needs.
Collaboration and standardization of procedures within the National Account department and other shared services teams.
