Seasonal Assistant Kitchen Manager (Creative Design)

Do you love working in food service? Anderson Farms is currently hiring for a few fall seasonal assistant kitchen managers. Position begins mid July and ends in early November 2023.
Schedule:
July 26th - August 20th: Saturday and Sunday shifts, flexible days during the week
Between August 21st and September 19th: Monday - Friday 9-5ish to assist with setup and feeding setup staff.
Daytime Positions: September 21st - October 31st: Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday 7 AM - 4 PM

We may have about 1-2 weeks of work after October 31st to assist with tear down and setting up for our end of season staff party.

Duties may include but are not limited to:
Opening and Closing duties for U-Pick Sunflowers & Fall Festival.Managing Staff including position assignments, shift changes, and scheduling lunches and breaks.Set up of concessions trailer, concessions barn and tear down at the end of Fall FestivalFood prep, inventory managementPossibly assist with seasonal staff training and orientation sessionsAssist with concessions related customer service when necessary
