Supply Chain Manager (Project Management)



Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive corporate Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize order processing operations while leading customer service, import/export, and logistics teams. This role focuses on inventory management, order compliance, KPI-driven performance monitoring, and ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, strong experience in logistics or supply chain management. This is a corporate role with travel to our warehouse locations throughout the Americas Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Oversee the picking, packing, and shipment of orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a cross-functional team, including customer service, import/export, and logistics, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and monitor stock discrepancies.
  • Order Compliance: Ensure adherence to company fulfillment standards, quality assurance policies, and industry regulations.
  • KPI Management & Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, processing time, shipping speed, OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) performance, and customer satisfaction. Identify trends, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve fulfillment operations.
  • Shipping & Logistics: Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and carriers to optimize delivery performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address shipping-related inquiries and resolve order issues promptly.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously analyze operations, evaluate KPI reports, and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies across order fulfillment, customer service, and logistics functions
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and safety protocols within fulfillment operations.

Education and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or related field)
  • 5+years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or order management
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience in KPI tracking, performance optimization, and fulfillment analytics
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced fulfillment environment
  • Knowledge of order management systems and inventory tracking software
  • Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • 10% Travel in the Americas
