Mortgage Servicing Generalist (Finance)
We are seeking a Mortgage Servicing Generalist for the Home Loan Servicing Department.
This role is the first line of interaction in Servicing for new and existing home loans, MH loans, investor loans, and new loan program initiatives. The Mortgage Servicing Generalist ensures that daily, weekly, and monthly servicing and investor reporting is completed timely, accurately, and accurately to the appropriate stakeholders. Individuals are required to perform tasks in which policies, procedures, and protocols are established. This position sources, compiles, and interprets key loan information while utilizing a variety of value-added reports. Also responsible for loan onboarding, security of loan files and documents, member experience through various touch points, and follow-up.
