Mission Impact Content Manager (Information Technology)



We are seeking a Mission Impact Content Manager for the Marketing Department.

The Mission Impact Content Manager is responsible for executing the mission-driven content strategy that supports Credit Human's commitment to economic, social and environmental impact. This role involves the planning, creation and management of multimedia content and the strategic coordination of marketing efforts that promote financial health and values-based banking. The Mission Impact Content Manager will maintain a robust content calendar, develop new content, manage third-party and internal relationships and ensure content aligns with brand voice while resonating with diverse audiences.

Play a key role in how our members and prospects consume content as part of our marketing initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with member-facing staff to gather member stories and information about how we are supporting members through our mission. A deep understanding and drive to improve the financial health of members is required for this role. You should proactively search out ways to help achieve the mission and values objectives of marketing, provide guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders that results in compelling content and deliver the best possible member experience.

  • Multimedia Content Creation: Plan, create, and manage engaging multimedia content (blogs, articles, graphics, videos) that aligns with organizational values and resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with member-facing staff to gather stories and insights, ensuring content reflects the financial health and values-based banking mission.
  • Project Management: Implement 9-12 month project plans, coordinating with the digital team for optimal content distribution and timely delivery.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage marketing research, performance analysis, and competitive insights to guide content decisions and optimize future efforts.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with third-party agencies, internal product and channel owners, and various internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective content execution.

Experience:

    Required

  • 5+ years in marketing, content strategy, or brand storytelling
  • Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or corporate communications
  • Experience managing content calendars across multiple initiatives
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva); strong portfolio required
  • In-depth understanding of omnichannel marketing

    Preferred

  • Experience with financial services
  • Proficiency in video production (script writing, filming, editing) and photo editing

Education:

    Required

  • Bachelor's degree

      • Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SmartSheet, Visio and Workfront (or other project management system)

        Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm  (on-site)

        Level of Work: 2C

        Starting salary:  $76,000
