HR Assistant (Finance)
Monitor and respond to employee inquires sent to HR email account
Coordinate with managers and payroll to process personnel changes
Run various employee reports and metrics - DOB, DOH, turnover, terminations
Maintain HR page on company intranet - upload and organize documents, folders, etc.
Maintain organization charts - update and customize as necessary for various departments
Assist HR Team with annual projects - merit/bonus, total comp statements, open enrollment
Guide employees through benefits enrollment and process life status changes
Maintain employee records within HRIS, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance
Digitize HR employment files
Full-cycle recruiting - resume review, sourcing, screening
Onboarding new hires - process pre-employment paperwork, review background checks
Offboarding - prepare separation documents, conduct exit interviews
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in HR operations or in an administrative assistant capacity
Experience with MS Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word
High attention to detail and strong work ethic
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Ability to make sound judgement in practical matters
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
