IT Manager - Middleware and Database Administration (Hybrid) (Education)

The Manager of Middleware and Database Administration will work in a complex, fast-paced environment with a focus on ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with our internal stakeholders. This position will manage a team of middleware engineers, DBAs, and 3rd party service providers responsible for ongoing middleware, database, and mainframe operations that provides 24/7 support for Lands' End. The technologies involved span a wide range of infrastructure platforms, including mainframe, to open systems servers, hyperconverged appliances, and cloud. This position works closely with engineering, security, DevOps, applications and other IT and business teams across the company to deploy, manage and maintain a highly secure environment that spans multiple data centers as well as Amazon AWS cloud.
