Inspector/Field Maintenance Techan (Maintenance)

Field Technician: Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach
Pensacola Beach Properties and Navarre Beach Properties is looking to fill a year-round Inspector/Field Maintenance Tech. positions. This positions will have a heavy concentration on minor maintenance as well as unit departure inspections and guest arrival inspections. The ideal candidate will need to have a general understanding of maintenance issues, a keen eye for details and a great attitude. This is a fast-paced position that will require solid organization skills, calling and scheduling vendors, accountability of workload and the ability to manage and reconcile a credit card. Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and cleanliness.
Maintain units to PBP/NBP standards and help facilitate larger repairs if necessary.
Provide detailed communication and documentation of issues to other departments and coworkers.
Warehouse organization and stocking laundry and unit inventory.
Non-Essential Job Functions

Schedule:
This position is a full-time, year-round, position located in Pensacola and Navarre, FL. Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled days based on business needs.Weekends, Holidays and On-Call work is required based on the business needs.
