Legal Intern (Legal)
The Intern will review and analyze contract documents to validate certain contract metadata that has been entered into a contract management database, updating the database records or adding new records as needed. The Intern will work under the supervision of a paralegal contract manager and work closely with other paralegals in the legal department. The Intern will track progress on the project using a spreadsheet tool (Google Sheets). In addition, the Intern will review corporate documents for accuracy and completeness.
Required Skills:
The candidate must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
The candidate must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision but able to recognize when to ask for additional direction or assistance. Experience using Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity navigating databases is required.
