WHAT YOU'LL DO
As our Department Assistant, you will be in a multi-faceted role where you will complete varied, complex, and detailed administrative functions for the Human Resources department, all while exercising discretion in protecting and releasing confidential information. While each day will look different, some of the primary duties will include opening and distributing HR department mail, answering and directing incoming phone calls, preparing and distributing anniversary cards, coding various invoices, distributing annual posters to Pape' locations, and more! To thrive in this role, you must be flexible and open to learning new things, love detail and accuracy, and have a customer service mindset.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Starting Compensation: $18-20/hr (Depending on Experience)
