Learning & Development Administrator (Education)

Position Overview:
The Learning & Development (L&D) Admin plays a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences for salaried and office-based employees. This role goes beyond coordination, supporting the creation of e-learning modules, collaborating with departments to assess training needs, and helping build scalable development programs. The L&D Admin ensures that employees are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed in their roles and grow within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Program Design & Development
· Collaborate with L&D and department leaders to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
· Design and develop engaging learning tools, including e-learning modules, standard documents, and onboarding materials.
· Support the creation of structured learning journeys for new hires and existing employees.
Onboarding & Orientation
· Lead and support onboarding for salaried and office employees, including Day 1 onboarding and department-specific training.
· Serve as
· Ensure new hires are connected to the right resources, systems, and contacts.
Training Delivery & Support
· Facilitate or coordinate live and virtual training sessions.
· Coordinate and communicate Lunch & Learn sessions.
· Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver content.
· Gather feedback and evaluate training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Learning Tools & Resources
· Create and maintain a library of learning resources tailored to salaried roles.
· Recommend and implement tools or platforms that enhance the learning experience.
Compliance & Document Retention
· Assist in pulling all records, dates, or materials for auditing purposes.
· Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to training and development activities.
Education Program Administration
· Support the administration of the company's education program.
· Track employee enrollments, monitor approval status, and assist with budget tracking.
· Maintain accurate records and provide support for reporting to the Manager.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or related field preferred.
· 2+ years of experience in L&D, training, or instructional design.
· Experience supporting salaried or professional employees in a corporate setting is a plus.
· Strong instructional design and content development skills.
· Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Rise, or similar).
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Familiarity with administrative processes such as tracking budgets, approvals, or program participation.
· Collaborative and confident working across departments.
· Detail-oriented with a passion for helping others succeed.
Compensation and Location: We offer a competitive compensation package and benefits package for full-time associates. This position is onsite at our Little Chute, WI facility Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. This position will require travel between the site locations.
