What You'll Bring:
Minimum Experience/Training/Education:
Education: High school diploma.
Experience: 2 years of sales experience.
Software: Computer skills, including proficiency in word processing.
Additional Desired Qualifications:
Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree.
Experience: Apartment leasing and marketing.
Software: Familiarity with Yardi software and spreadsheets.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting: Performs sedentary work.
Stair and Ladder Climbing: Must be able to climb stairs when accessing Resident Services or Service Offices and navigate ladders as needed.
Property Mobility: Must be capable of walking the entire property, including steps and steep gangways on docks (if applicable)
Physical Flexibility: Requires regular bending, kneeling, and stooping.
Lifting Capacity: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds to handle materials and equipment safely.
Equipment and Tools Used:
Computer, computer printer, telephone, fax machine, photocopier, calculator.
Your Responsibilities:
Resident Engagement:
Qualify potential residents through phone sales and set appointments for property tours with Leasing Specialist.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective residents within 24 hours via phone and send a follow-up card within 48 hours.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain a daily calendar for Leasing Specialist, including appointments and scheduled move-ins.
Verify applications, complete move-in paperwork, and manage associated documentation accurately and efficiently.
Enter accurate data for new residents in Yardi and Lead Tracking Solutions (LTS).
Customer Service:
Acquaint new residents with leasing documentation, property rules, and emergency procedures.
Address and resolve resident complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction within company guidelines.
Accept service requests from residents and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Compliance & Organization:
Acquaint new residents with leasing documentation, property rules, and emergency procedures.

General Duties:
Answer phone calls by the third ring.
Perform other duties as required.
