Contract Talent Acquisition Partner (High Volume) (Creative Design)

Do you have a passion for Talent Acquisition?  Do you enjoy all aspects of the life cycle recruiting process?  Dematic is hiring a talented and successful Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter within our Global Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for a go-getter and someone who wants to help evolve, innovate, and revolutionize recruiting to drive positive change for Dematic, in addition to providing customer support, work with cross-functional teams, and build out our CRM and ATS system.

 

Must be a strong talent advisor that can drive positive change for the business with ability to execute with little direction. Will problem solve to achieve goals and will stay on track of all service level agreements in place with the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit thigh-volume alent for Skilled Trades – electrical journeyman, maintenance technicians, field service technicians, assembly technicians, and more
  • Work closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers as a true partner and advisor within Talent Acquisition – analyzing data, setting benchmarks, sourcing ROI, strategy, competitor analysis and more
  • Source candidates through, and partner with, various colleges, trade associations, trade schools and more to generate consistent funnel of qualified skilled trade applicants
  • Work with different recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs, Talent Networks, etc. (Workday a plus)
  • Manage high volume requisition load to meet the demands of the business
  • Schedule weekly/bi-weekly meetings to host sessions with Hiring Managers and third- party agencies in order to assure alignment and quality of applicant pool
  • Lead and/or collaborate on projects to support the overall Talent Acquisition department with a knack for innovation and ability to push the status quo
  • Interacting and presenting to all levels of management within the organization
  • Advise and coach candidates and the business on Talent strategy
  • Partner with business in promoting Dematic brand through social media outlets, Employee Referral Program and more

 

Education & Experience

BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree highly desired. 

1-4 years of recruiting experience in technical organization or space

 

Key Working Relationships
Represents the organization as a prime internal contact and possibly a key external contact.


Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Fun without losing focus and will help others enjoy their days while executing tasks

  • Ability to manage large requisition load to meet the demands of the business
  • Recruiting experience in Engineering, Mechatronics, Software 
  • Creative in increasing candidate attraction to Dematic
  • Natural tendency to want to improve partnerships with the business and aid the recruitment process

  • Scheduling weekly/bi-weekly meetings to host sessions with hiring managers

  • Strong talent advisor skills that can coach candidates and advise the business on Talent strategy

  • A knack for innovation and drive to push the status quo

  • Experience with working with different recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs, Talent Networks, etc.

  • The ability to self-manage and execute work with little direction

  • Strong relationships with all levels

  • Must be comfortable with interacting and presenting to all levels of management within the organization

  • Strong awareness of company brand and Talent attraction approach

  • The determination to try new approaches when working with the business and is open to being creative to achieve headcount goals

  • A drive to succeed, highly motivated 

  • Must demonstrate proficiency with MS office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • The desire to pick up projects to help the overall Talent Acquisition department achieve a world class statue

  • Must be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, as this is critical for success in this role

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Must have experience in a high-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to multi-task

  • Have the ability to be advised but to push back when needed
