Business Implementation Manager IV (Finance)
Summary/Objective
As the Chief of Staff, the position will report to the Head of Loan Administration and provide critical and wide-ranging support for this newly combined organization. This position will work alongside Loan Administration's senior leaders as we develop our new organization.

Loan Admin Leadership & Culture
Establish a strong connective tissue between the Head, the CRM leadership team and the larger group of SCOs and other staff, ensuring delivery of our core responsibilities, strategic direction, and interaction with other lines of business. Serve as liaison for the group across SVB.

Project Management
Manage multiple projects related to loan approvals, loan strategy, OKRs, underwriting guidance and job aids, portfolio management, governance controls, and reporting of portfolio performance and metrics. Collaborate with Credit Solutions, Relationship Management, Credit Administration, and other groups.

Strategic Planning
With the leadership team, create the group's corporate strategic plan. Support the leadership to ensure the strategic vision is articulated and shared effectively.

Reporting and Analytics
Understand and anticipate the key deliverables of the Head and business, proactively planning and supporting those needs to ensure early, high-quality delivery of materials and required preparation. Assist with the use of existing dashboards, as well as help drive development of new reporting dashboards and continue to evolve reporting to meet the needs of the business. Develop executive communication and reporting including strategic decks for the Board Credit Committee, Bank Leadership Committee, and other groups.

Communications and Engagement
Ensure sharp focus on team communications and operations for better employee engagement and enablement. Oversee the planning of the business' leadership meetings, All-Hands and off-sites.

Portfolio Management and Governance
Help drive improved effectiveness and efficiency of portfolio reviews, portfolio review procedures and processes. Help manage the transition of controls from Credit Admin to Loan Admin, the creation of new controls, and the ongoing testing of controls. Work closely with the Business Risk Officers on the controls.

Physical Demands
The employee must have the ability to use a computer keyboard, mouse, calculator, copier/fax machine, scanner and telephone. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Employee must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: reviewing and analyzing information; transcribing; and/or viewing a computer screen. Employee may be required to make quick decisions as to when to escalate or directly address a situation, as well as handle the stress of such situations. The work environment is indoors with a majority of time spent sitting at a desk.
