Customer Service Agent - AMI (Administrative)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Completing all documents for shipping. Filing AES, preparing airway bills, confirming all documents are on hand required for shipping and by TSA.
• Tracking shipments daily and alerting customers with complete details.
• Following all TSA security and regulations.
• Complete costs on each file and print invoices. Making sure that all files are invoiced before the last day of the month. Mail invoices daily.
• Prepare check log and send into accounting weekly or when instructed.
• Answer emails from customers and overseas agents in a timely manner.
• Make bookings with airlines. Schedule trucks to pick up cargo.
• Answering phones in a timely manner.
• Handling on hand notifications and airline transfers for our 3rd party warehouse customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English proficiently.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Work is done before leaving the office.
• Must pass pre-employment back ground check.
