Manager, Sales Account Management (Finance)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead Strategic Growth at the Intersection of Innovation and Partnership

Are you a high-performing Sales Account Manager with a passion for driving results and building impactful customer relationships? SC Johnson is seeking a dynamic leader to manage and grow our Home Cleaning business with Walmart-one of our most strategic retail partners. In this role, you'll be the architect of growth, shaping both short- and long-term strategies that deliver mutual value. You'll collaborate across brand, supply chain, and shopper marketing teams to craft solutions that win in the marketplace. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Build Strong Relationships

  • Deeply understand Walmart's business and strategic goals
  • Align SCJ's approach with customer strategies and market trends
  • Develop multi-level relationships across buying, retail, and operations
  • Influence effectively both internally and externally

2. Shape Strategy & Drive Direction

  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify future opportunities
  • Uncover high-potential growth areas and new business initiatives
  • Balance long-term vision with short-term execution
  • Develop strategies to counter competitive threats and leverage strengths

3. Lead with Confidence & Adaptability

  • Act decisively in high-stakes or uncertain situations
  • Resolve issues independently and with urgency
  • Stay resilient and flexible amid shifting priorities

4. Deliver Smart, Strategic Solutions

  • Analyze and synthesize data to create actionable plans
  • Evaluate risks, costs, and benefits to make sound decisions
  • Innovate and problem-solve with a strategic mindset

5. Apply Financial Acumen

  • Assess investments and trade-offs for SCJ and Walmart
  • Understand key drivers of customer and SCJ profitability
  • Forecast costs, revenue, and risks accurately
  • Make financially sound decisions that manage risk and drive value

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant business experience
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Demonstrated proficiency in forecast and planning tools
  • Previous Account Management experience
  • Demonstrated experience building customer relationships

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel up to 10%
  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
  • An individual assuming this position may need to relocate for future opportunities
  • This role is eligible for relocation assistance
