JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting the CEO, CFO and Board of Directors in carrying out the duties and responsibilities required for the successful management of the Medical Center. Duties include the following, but are not limited to: prepare reports, coordinate a variety of state and federal reports; compose correspondence; arrange travel; manage schedules and electronic calendars; manage office records; take minutes and schedule meetings. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in a well-lit, well ventilated, temperature controlled office. High degree of contact with staff and public. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires the use of office equipment, such as computer terminals, telephones, and copiers. Requires normal vision and hearing range and ability to communicate effectively. Requires ability to distinguish letters and symbols. Must be able to handle several projects simultaneously.
