Junior Project Manager (Education)

The Junior Project Manager (JPM) is responsible for winning projects and developing strong, long term, repeat customer relationships through the established sales processes. Working within Sunbelt Solomon's ERP and CRM platforms, the JPM is responsible for the timely, accurate, planning and execution of rental quotations while maintaining the highest level of detail at all stages of the process. Despite the title, this is a Sales Position. This role will have a significant number of interactions with our customer via phone, text, email, and video conferences. The Project Manager team is a collaborative team, and the JPM will be expected to work on projects regardless of the Account or Contact name or location of project. This is a full time onsite position. The ideal candidate would be within commuting distance of our Conroe, TX corporate office.

• Assist in Designing the SolutionTaking all inbound rental opportunities directly from customers, Territory Account Managers (TAM), Strategic Account Managers (SAM), and the National Project Team Manager; the JPM will work with the Project Managers, stakeholders, the Sunbelt Solomon team to assist in design and maximize Sunbelt Solomon's equipment utilization where possible.

• Project Coordinator (PC) responsibilitiesWhile supporting the team, ensure all current Project Coordinator (PC) responsibilities are fulfilled, including managing timelines, client communication, and internal coordination, to maintain project continuity and successful delivery. There is no expectation that in this role the JPM will design complex electrical rental solutions but will assist in the execution of said design with the customer.

• Create the QuoteWorking within our ERP system, the JPM will build the rental quotation based on equipment availability and system pricing. Ensure legal terms and conditions and special notes, instructions are reflected in quotation to reasonably protect Sunbelt Solomon from liabilities related to the project.

• "Close" the JobWorking closely with the TAMS and SAMS, the JPM will set, complete and track tasks in the CRM with the goal of "closing" the job while building or enhancing the relationship the customer has with Sunbelt Solomon. The JPM will be responsible to ensure all relevant Lead, Contact, Account and Opportunity information is captured within the CRM.

• Execute the RentalBy communicating through our CRM and ERP, the JPM will provide accurate and detailed information to the Project Coordinators (PC) and Shop Rental Technicians, required to get the rental equipment rental ready and on site.

• Ensure Customer SatisfactionProvide support to Customers throughout the project as required including requests for technical specifications, equipment changes and services logistics coordination. Assist Customers with resolving any project related issues.

• Logistics Support Provide support to the Project Coordinators as required to ensure all orders are filled and all customer requirements are met, which may include assisting with or organizing freight and the processing of freight related documentation.

• AR Invoicing SupportAs required, provide direction to support preparation of outgoing customer invoices and ERP reports to ensure rental and sale invoicing is accurate and timely.
• Cross-Selling OpportunitiesThis role will be well versed in all the other equipment sales and service capabilities of the Sunbelt Solomon group and is expected to promote and cross-sell these options at every opportunity.

• Other duties may be required to support the Sunbelt Solomon Team as required by the Company's needs.
