Project Coordinator (Finance)
Using a Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) methodology and Agile Framework practices, this project delivers development, testing, deployment, and security and operations support for legacy, current, and future CMOP systems integration and software development in a DevSecOps lifecycle. The successful candidate will provide program leadership and delivery oversight of all CMOP maintenance and enhancement efforts organized in cross-functional, Agile teams of varying size to build and maintain a platform with capabilities to streamline systems, improve scalability, increase availability and reliability of services, and more accurately measure investments in terms of business value while enabling more efficient delivery. Additionally, work may include support of daily bug fix and issue tracking as it relates to the CMOP software systems to sustain production operations.
The quality Candidate supports the Program Director and core project team leaders to architect software solutions, develop program iterations and target delivery schedules. Activities include strategic planning, meeting coordination, financial management, configuration management, schedule, and risk management. The candidate will be well versed in agile program management methodologies, willing to support the company proposal process, and provide input and feedback for continuous improvement in customer and delivery services.
Position Responsibilities:
Support Program leadership in Agile activities of product backlog grooming, Sprint planning, capacity planning, tracking velocity and burndown
Self-directed team member who provides project and program level support and analysis, reporting, and documentation writing services.
Ability to complete data analysis, generate stakeholder communications and meeting minutes, gather and organize requirements and other information as needed
Support program backlog grooming, Agile reporting, MS Azure DeveOps Work Item management, User Story/Task updates, tagging, and closing.
Requirements management and analysis using specified VA tools
Experience in creating, applying, and maintaining tools to track project tasks, including cost, schedule, and risk / issues data.
Experience with Project Management tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams/Skype, MS Project.
Ability to produce and deliver detailed status reports, routine and ad hoc reports, and briefings.
Provide meeting planning and facilitation, including project team meetings, document reviews, and client-driven meetings.
