We are currently searching for the right person to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.
Our Company's culture supports customers in achieving their financial goals and dreams. This position is a support position responsible for a wide variety of ongoing projects within the Marketing Department, which also supports multiple departments throughout the financial institution. You'll be able to help contribute to this by:
•Drive and coordinate digital and traditional marketing campaigns with measurable results.
•Report marketing metrics with recommendations on ongoing optimizations.
•Manage digital content on lobby and drive-in displays.
•Create advertisements and collateral such as brochures, posters, banners, and booklets
•Participate in community and civic events (purchasing food & supplies, setting up, and taking photos).
•Support marketing management in organizing various projects and performing ad hoc projects as needed.
•Assist with managing social media channels including reputation monitoring.
•Maintaining knowledge of banking products and services in order to cross-sell to customers.
•Complying with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality and information protection
•Complying with all federal, state, and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures
•Completing and passing all required regulatory compliance training as assigned
•Perform any additional duties and tasks assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills:
•Ability to write and edit compelling narratives across multiple digital channels both internally and externally.
•Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
•Excellent interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
•Ability to accept change, adapt to shifting organizational challenges and priorities and manage multiple tasks at once while adhering to deadlines.
•Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, IIIustrator)
•Familiarity with social media and email marketing.
•Must be available to travel to different locations as required.
Education, Experience & Licenses:
•High School diploma or equivalent.
•Minimum 1 year experience with computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
•Digital photography and video editing experience a plus.
