Field Service Engineer I (Finance)



As a Field Service Engineer I here at Honeywell, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional technical support and service to our customers, ensuring our systems and solutions operate at peak performance. Your expertise will directly influence customer satisfaction and system reliability. You'll apply a blend of mechanical, electrical, and occasionally controls-based skills to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize our technologies. Your contributions will enhance operational efficiency and elevate the customer experience, making you an essential part of our success.

You will report directly to one of our Sr Field Service Supervisors.

This role will support Clients primarily in the NE states, but also in adjacent states and throughout the U.S. Ideal candidates will be based within a 200-mile radius of Allentown, PA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support and service for Honeywell systems and solutions
  • Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment
  • Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Due to the nature of this discipline, on occasion, maybe required to work off-hours, on weekends, and/or holiday
  • 100% travel-based assignments. Expect 30% of time to be travel

  • 1+ years of experience in field service engineering or a related role
  • Must have mechanical, electrical and controls-based experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with automation systems and control technologies
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell
