Customer Service Training Specialist (remote) (Finance)

The Office of Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance (OSGLI) administers the Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance program (SGLI). SGLI offers life insurance products to active duty service members, Veterans, and their families. Prudential has been aiding our service members since 1965. The Office of Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance is searching for a Learning Facilitator. This role is responsible for delivering training (mainly virtually) to associates, focusing on Life Claims and Customer Service. This training primarily includes delivery of the following: new hire, systems navigation, products/service related modules, compliance/regulatory updates and general customer service. Target audiences are typically, but not exclusively, individual contributors. In addition, this role is also responsible for tracking and reporting in-progress and post-delivery analysis of learner performance which may result in enhancements and/or redesign of existing training materials that would be performed by this role.

Qualifications
Any applicant selected for this position will be required to submit to a background screening, including a criminal and credit check, conducted by the Department of Veterans Affairs as a condition of employment in the Office of Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance. An applicant's refusal or failure to comply with this requirement will cause the applicant to become ineligible for this position. In addition, an applicant's failure to pass the Department of Veterans Affairs background screen may result in disciplinary action up to and including the termination of employment.
Training will typically fall between the hours of 9am - 5pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday; however, the OSGLI Customer Service Center is open from 8am to 5pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday.
*Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident.
Salary range specific to Colorado: $55,500-75,100 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
