Operations Supervisor - Commercial Insurance

Chubb is currently seeking a leader to join North America Operations in its Chicago Branch location. The operations leader is accountable for people, process, and financial management in support of various Commercial Insurance departments within the Midwest Region.
This position will collaborate with underwriting management and branch staff to provide superior customer service and operational effectiveness in support of a book of business that consists of Property and Casualty policies. The position will have people management and training responsibilities over a team of Underwriting Associates.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of various legacy Chubb middle market systems and workflows to act as a resource within the supported department(s). Responsibilities include the following:
