Seasonal Ticket Booth Manager (Creative Design)



Anderson Farms is looking for a seasonal Ticket Booth Manager. This person must be available for U-Pick Sunflowers & Fall Festival Seasons. This position starts in late June or early July and will end early to Mid-November. While the manager doesn't need to be available every day that we are open, they should have a presense up to 5 days per week when we are open to the public.
Duties Include:
Available 30-40 hours per week when the farm is open to the public. Additional hours before and after each season may be needed and details can be coordinated with Operations ManagerAssist with setup and teardown of 4 ticket booth buildings. Does not include computers which are setup by IT staff memberLearn and utilize the backend dashboard of Interactive Ticketing POS & Ticket Sales systemLearn how to use, troubleshoot and train on the Interactive Ticketing POS system and handheld barcode scannersLearn how to look up reservations in Bookeo.com reservation platformSchedule Ticket Booth staff for UPick Sunflowers & Fall Festival using 7Shifts.com platformCreate daily break schedules for Ticket Booth StaffPossibly assist with interviewing new candidates for Ticket Booth positionsAssist with training new cashiers & front gate scanning teamTrain, lead and manage Ticket Booth staff including front gate scanning teamMake customer service decisions - reducing ticket booth contact with office staffLearn how to move ticket dates/times & give refunds from the Ticket BoothWeekend availability highly preferred in September & October
This position may require time before each event to set up the ticket booth buildings and assist with staff training. Group training typically occurs on Saturdays or Sundays. Off season schedules are somewhat flexible.
