Senior Business Manager, New Business Development (Sales)
The Senior Business Manager, New Business Development is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving growth across private label and branded product lines within the retail sector. A key focus of this role is new business development—identifying, cultivating, and securing opportunities with new customers to expand JBSS's market presence and revenue base.
This individual will lead new business acquisition efforts by proactively identifying prospective retail partners, developing tailored pitches, and converting leads into long-term customers, grows and manage existing accounts, ensuring continued performance through strategic planning, execution of sales initiatives, and collaborative customer engagement, and serve as a customer expert and trusted advisor, delivering insights, solutions, and innovations that align with customer needs and JBSS objectives.
