Help Desk Support Specialist (Information Technology)
The Help Desk Support Specialist supports and maintains the information systems in accordance with Aldevron's SOP's and industry best practices. This position provides support by email, chat, phone and in person to end-users with Apple, iOS, Windows, and SaaS applications. The position aims to resolve operating difficulties for users and will interact with systems administrators, network administrators, software development, and business process owners to provide procedural training, restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.
Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm
