North America Business Unit Managing Partner (Director Level) (Finance)
Structurally, the North America business is organized into seven business units, each of which is led by a Managing Partner: Canada, NorthAtlantic, Midwest, Mountain West, Pacific West, South Atlantic, and the Gulf. The Business Unit Managing Partners have overall operational responsibility for their respective geographical group of offices, and collaborate as key members of the North America Leadership Team (NALT) to develop growth strategies and supporting the overall success of the region.
The Position
Reporting to the North America Director of Operations, the Business Unit Managing Partner (BUMP) leads the commercial operations to drive the growth and profitability of the assigned Business Unit (BU). The Managing Partner is the senior point of contact for executive leadership within each BU and is responsible for leading regional human capital assets, operational effectiveness, and commercial initiatives for ERM in the BU. The Managing Partner leads and accelerates the commercial, operations and people agenda across the BU. The BUMP is a people person first, that collaborates, coaches and leads others with authentic leadership. They must be completely aligned with ERM's strategy and continue the journey within the BU of working with our Key and HGHV clients while aligning people to client and development opportunities.
