Digital Banking Intern (Information Technology)
Performs various assignments to assist and support the Digital Banking Department in the overall daily operations of website and channel management efforts.
· Assist with tasks involved in the management of digital projects.
· Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) tasks.
· Assist with updating any online branch/office location information.
· Assist with site testing, page layout review and content proof reading, as well as any other tasks needed for the maintenance of a public website.
· Assist with website content creation and curation.
· Conduct research including competitive comparisons as requested.
· Assist with pulling data for reporting as assigned.
· Assist with the organization and maintenance of departmental files, supplies and miscellaneous items as needed.
· Complete other duties as assigned.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, incoming correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Requires strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute percent and to interpret graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Must be able to apply common sense understanding to effectively carry out verbal and written assignments. Must possess good judgment and strong problem-solving ability.
This job operates in a professional office environment. Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.
