Were looking for aMaintenance Supervisorto lead our maintenance crew to a busyfood production facility. This role is perfect for someone with strong mechanical skills, leadership experience, and a passion for keeping operations efficient and compliant.
???What Youll Do
Lead and support a team of maintenance mechanics during your shift.Troubleshoot and repairfood processing equipment,conveyor systems, and facility infrastructure.Ensure compliance withSQF standards,GMP regulations, andOSHA safety protocols.Keep accurate maintenance logs, downtime reports, and shift communications.Conduct safety meetings and enforce PPE usage.Perform hands-on mechanical and minor electrical repairs.Monitor freezer temperatures and silo levels to support production needs.Communicate breakdowns and delays to plant leadership.
??What Were Looking For
High school diploma or GEDminimum. Associate or bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial maintenance technology or engineering degree encouraged to apply.3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally infood manufacturing,beverage production, orCPG (consumer packaged goods).Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Familiarity withhydraulics,pneumatics, andPLC systemsa plus.Proficiency inMicrosoft Word,Excel, andCMMS software(e.g., MP2).Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to read technical manuals and write clear reports.Bilingual (English/Spanish)is a big plus!

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment allergen-sensitive environmentComfortable working inhot, cold, wet, humid, andloud environments.Exposure to moving machinery, chemicals, and elevated work areas.Must wearPPEincluding safety shoes and hearing protection.
