Spare Parts Coordinator (Maintenance)
What a candidate must have to be qualified for the role:
Strong technical skills and ability to interact tactfully with all departments on many levels. A minimum of 5 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment Maintenance background is preferred. Accounting background is helpful, but not required. Journeyman or skilled trades certification is preferred. Excellent communication and computer skills A strong work ethic and a strong commitment to a team environment On call and have availability after hours and weekends, to research and help locate needed parts and or get repairs made with outside vendors.
How this role is different:
Reports directly to the maintenance manager along with working closely with Maintenance Supervisor, Production, and TPM Coordinator. Normal hours would be Monday Friday with some weekends during projects or annual maintenance. Also will be responsible for after-hours calls.
