Receptionist/Office Clerk (Finance)

This is a Full-Time, Monday through Friday position, working 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, based in our Hospice office.
Manages hospice office functions, providing necessary organization and office support for the entire hospice team, including the following:
Pleasantly greets and directs office visitors, responds to direct requests for information and/or forwards messages to appropriate staff. Makes sure the office is kept in an orderly and clean fashion.
Oversees office operations and processes including: phone answering, office machine operations, and organization of files.
Performs office duties such as typing, copying, bookkeeping, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, scanning, faxing, etc. for the hospice leadership team and all staff members.
Creates and modifies documents using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Communicate pertinent information about meetings, staff news, etc. to all hospice employees through voicemail or email.
Provides assistance as needed with researching products and services.
Maintains inventory for office supplies.
Maintains master calendar of in-house meetings.
Coordinates materials for meetings, training sessions and other activities as requested.
Receives and distributes all incoming mail and coordinates outgoing mail.
Maintains the confidentiality of patient and hospice information at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Three (3) years' experience in administrative clerical support, preferably in health care, hospice or similar operation.
Demonstrates excellent computer skills.
Possesses leadership skills: enjoys working with people, assertive, mature, approachable and open-minded.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification
Valid PA driver's license and automobile insurance, per state guidelines.
Must have use of automobile in good working condition.
Must have reliable internet access.
