SUMMARY
Perform electrical/electronic engineering work in ideation, planning, documentation, and supplier manufacturing support to execute legacy cost reduction projects and New Product Development launches supporting increased value to customers, product quality and supply chain optimization to meet organizational goals. Remote Work Available.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering. 3 to 5 years' experience/exposure in one or more of the following areas; printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) design and fabrication best practices, heat transfer/cooling of high power PCBA's and magnetic based components, electro-mechanical design and manufacturing, polymer part design and manufacture, familiarity of CAD/CAM methods & applications, material selection, inspection/testing/validation techniques
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret ‘Bill of Materials' (BOM), engineering drawings, Gerber files, engineering change notifications and related technical information. Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals that are clear, concise and communicative. Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, internal-stake holders, customers, and suppliers concerning supply chain business process.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Proficient with math skills as achieved in an undergraduate electrical engineering curriculum. Basic knowledge of accounting processes and operations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
