Temporary Outreach Program Member (Finance)



County of Riverside Registrar of Voters is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic temporary Community Outreach Members to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in liaising with our community and helping to secure the resources needed to fulfill our mission.

We are recruiting for several positions including, but not limited to, bilingual candidates with strong reading, writing, proofing, and speaking abilities in English and:

  • Korean
  • Spanish
  • Vietnamese

  • Basic knowledge of data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Education Qualifications:
  • Required Degree Type: Bachelor's
  • Required Major: Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a closely related field.

  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Interpersonal : Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with community members, stakeholders, and team members.

  • Technical Proficiency : Competence in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), data analysis tools, and social media platforms for outreach purposes.

  • Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, new information, and unexpected challenges.
  • Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of work, from data entry to public communication.

The schedule for this position is full-time: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, including weekends, and holidays with mandatory overtime.

During the training period, you may be working less than full-time hours.
