Sr Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer (Finance)



Join a team that applies technical expertise and knowledge to ensure products are produced with high quality and efficiency. You will be a technical expert in the product and process design for various manufacturing operations. You will ensure product integrity, manufacturing output, and continuous improvements, working daily with design engineering, process engineering, and factory operations.
Our team develops new or improves existing processes and products in the fabrication of pressure and magnetic sensors for commercial, aerospace, and military applications. You will help the team achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications for existing and new technologies. You will maximize efficiency by analyzing assembly methods, product performance, and equipment. You will support daily production activities and drive improvement in a challenging environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide test and manufacturing product engineering support for magnetic and pressure sensor products.
• Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, track product health trends, and drive yield improvements. Statistically analyze data to evaluate and qualify process and product changes.
• Investigate the root cause of technical issues, contain problems to protect customers, and implement corrective actions to resolve them.
• Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
• Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
• Assist in the development of new products and processes.
• Support capital equipment planning to maintain and achieve factory capacity and efficient product flow. Help execute the factory's annual operating plan and future factory needs.
• Facilitate a self-driven workforce culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.

WE VALUE:

• Significant product or process engineering experience.
• Graduate degree in Engineering.
• Experience and understanding of wafer fabrication of silicon-based sensors.
• Experience and understanding of sensor packaging, assembly, and electronics.
• Experience with software development and verification.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to balance priorities in daily tasks and strategic projects.
• Hands-on work ethic with initiative and ownership of responsibilities and actions.
• Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with team members across functions.
• Ability to quickly and accurately identify subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues (process and data correlation of cause/effect across the value stream).
• Experience and ability to use statistical analysis tools (like JMP, Minitab, SAS, RStudio, etc.) to efficiently analyze data.
• Ability to convey information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse teams.
• Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies

The annual base salary range for this position is $134,000 - $167,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
