Responsibilities Include:

• Organizing, filing, and maintaining resident medical records in compliance with facility policy and state/federal regulations
• Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure proper documentation
• Responding to medical records requests from authorized parties
• Supporting the clinical team with record reviews, audits, and updates
• Maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in medical records or healthcare administration preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
