Position Title: Manager Network Construction - Small Cell - 7E
Position Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the D&C Small Cell design and construction teams within an assigned geographic area. These area-based teams focus on vendor management, network construction, RF planning, design and optimization of Crown Castle networks. The position will work with all cross-functional areas on improving the quality of processes, deliverables, and the end-to-end customer experience. Common activities will involve area data identification, collection, analysis, and reporting; along with understanding operational business functions and processes. The successful candidate will coordinate and report on status of all designs and networks to ensure standards and KPIs are achieved. This role will interface with National and Regional engineering teams, Project Delivery, Operations, Sales, Real-estate, Utility, Fiber, Small Cell/DAS OEMs, and vendors. This individual should be a strong leader with proven capabilities leading teams and building relationships.

Working Conditions
Could be required to travel to project sites with exposure to heavy equipment and environmental conditions up to 30% of the time. Traditionally however works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions 70% of the time.
