Receiving Clerk (5th Shift) (Finance)



As a Receiving Logistics Worker here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the efficient flow of goods within our supply chain and distribution network. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials, as well as preparing and shipping outgoing materials. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our inventory is accurate and that our products are delivered on time to meet customer demands. You will report directly to our Logistics Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Minneapolis, Minnesota location on a. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain by ensuring the accurate and timely receipt and shipment of materials. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality standards will contribute to the overall success of our operations.

This role will support 5th Shift: MON & FRI - 10:00AM - 6:00PM and SAT & SUN 10:00AM - 10:00PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials
  • Prepare and ship outgoing materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards

  • Coordinate and execute logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve any logisticsrelated issues or challenges
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics data
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
